"First off, let's start with the humor. The staff was so busy that the young lady who made my banana split forgot the banana on the bottom. Not even upset about it because it was hilarious to see the banana strapped on the sides (I suggested that). Never bother getting mad over something like that, unless you're perfect... just a hint, none of us are. Great job and thanks for the laugh."
